Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Form data: first name, email, optionally a website.
  • Query data: industry, city, business name and the check result.
  • A hash of your IP address — to prevent abuse; we don't store the full IP address.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your request and contacting you about it — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
  • Sending the newsletter — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Statistics and protecting the service from abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to hosting and database providers and — once selected — an email delivery service, under data processing agreements. The query (industry and city, no personal data) is sent to the AI model provider (OpenRouter / Perplexity) to generate the answer. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention period

We keep contact data until the contact ends, no longer than 24 months, and newsletter data until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or your local authority.

7. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary. The check result is available without providing any data.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in these categories: necessary (always on), preferences, statistics and marketing. Optional categories are enabled only with the consent you give in the banner. We record the date and scope of consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
